Submitting a Support Ticket
Any message that you send in the contact link in the top right or in the support beacon (bottom right) will create a support ticket for the help center staff. You can expect to hear from us within 24 hours.
If someone is available, you will be able to prompt a live chat from the beacon as well, which will create a ticket.
Tickets are a way of tracking questions, comments, and even improvements in the help center until they are "resolved". You can reopen a ticket any time by responding to an email, and the support team will do their best to answer your questions and provide guidance.
